Sunrise Angkor

06:00    Travel to the Archaeological sites from sunrise to Phnom Bakheng, one of the two hills that dominate the plains of Angkor, from where you'll have breathtaking views of West Baray and Angkor Wat. Or Dawn at Srah Srang. Return to hotel for breakfast.
09:00    In the morning, the car will take you to Banteay Srei Pagoda (10th century) which is considered the jewel in the crown of classical Khmer art. Banteay Samre was built in the third quarter of the 12th century. It consists of a central temple with four front wings a hall and comes with two libraries, the southern example is very well preserved. Two concentric walls surround the complex. Continue to Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples of the area. Ta Prohm has remained relatively unspoiled since it was discovered and still holds many mysteries.
12:30    Lunch at a local restaurant with traditional Cambodia dishes

13:30    In the afternoon, you continue to visit Preah Khan temple. Built by King Jayavarman VII, Preah Khan, like TaProhm, is a place of tall houses and shoulder-hugging corridors. However, unlike Ta Prohm, the Temple of Peah Khan is in a reasonable state of conservation and ongoing restoration efforts should maintain and even improve the experimental situation.
