08:00 Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, traveling to Cai Be.
Upon arrival, start the boat trip to visit Cai Be floating market. Then, you’ll come to Tân Phong island for biking/walk on village paths to see the local daily life. On the way, you can make some stops to see how they make rice paper for spring rolls, sew coconut leaves for cottage roofs and especially see how they wave the dried water hyacinth to make many products: baskets, bags, hats, wallets, and shoes
12:00 Have lunch at a local restaurant with Mekong river specialties. Then back to your boat crossing the Mekong river & some canals to An Binh Island, where you will check in at the local homestay.

08:00 After breakfast and check out for a walk along the village to enjoy the fresh air in the morning & stop having tea at the Coconut workshop.
Then, continues the cruise along the Hoa Tinh canal to see some families making brick, wave bamboo baskets, sewing conical hats, and process to make rice
noodles. Stop at Vinh Long market in the town, where you have a great chance to take photos of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, and vegetables.
Return to the car to visit Vinh Long Temple of Literature, which is a school for Confucian-influenced Confucian scholars or That Phu Mieu Chua Ong Temple, a meeting and worshiping place for overseas Chinese businessmen before leaving for Ho Chi Minh City
